Purpose:
To establish comprehensive food safety training and ensure that facility requirements are met to guarantee the safety and compliance of food production, storage, and service.
This course covers Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) 13 and 19.
Objectives:
- Aid new employees in understanding hygiene instructions, pass an examination, and sign acknowledgement of their understanding.
- Use durable, easy-to-clean materials for surfaces, floors, walls, drains, and ceilings to ensure hygiene and pest control.
- Use non-toxic, durable, easy-to-clean materials for equipment and utensils, preventing pest infestation and facilitating easy cleaning.
