The purpose of this course is to instruct housekeepers on the correct methods for handling, sorting, and managing linens and towels, ensuring they’re hygienic, properly presented, and ready for guest use.

Understand how to store, transport, and inspect clean linen. Make sure all items are fresh-smelling, crease-free, and free of stains or damage before use.
Laundry Procedures:
Get a behind-the-scenes look at the laundry process — including washing, drying, stain-checking, and when to remove items from rotation. Also includes tips on handling delivery trolleys or linen cupboards efficiently.
